About us
Permian Basin disposal, handled like a true partner
YT Family SWD is a salt water disposal operator serving oil and gas producers and hauling companies working the Permian Basin.
Our background
YT Family SWD was formed to give West Texas operators a disposal option that behaves like part of their team. Our facility on East State Highway 115 in Kermit accepts produced and flowback water from nearby leases and from the trucking companies that haul it.
We keep the business simple on purpose: permitted disposal, clean site operations, honest ticketing, and people who answer the phone. That combination is what earns repeat loads.
Our mission
Handle every barrel safely, account for it accurately, and never be the reason a customer slows down.
Safety first, compliance always, service that operators and haulers can plan around.
Safety
Site rules, PPE expectations, and driver procedures that protect everyone on the yard.
Compliance
Operations aligned with Railroad Commission of Texas permit conditions and documented volume reporting.
Reliability
Maintained equipment and staffed hours so capacity is there when the trucks arrive.
Part of a wider energy family
YT Family SWD is affiliated with Paladin Petroleum III, LLC, part of the Orr Holdings family of energy businesses. That relationship gives our customers the responsiveness of a local operator with the backing of an experienced group.
